Jackie Wells

Hello, my name is Jackie Wells. I am a Senior Technical Recruiter at Development Resource Group.

After moving to Minnesota in the mid 1990’s, I began my career in Human Resources and moved into staffing and recruiting in 1999. I specialize in working with professionals in the product development engineering disciplines including Software, Hardware, Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, and Quality. In addition, I work with Management and engineering support personnel.  I enjoy meeting new people and learning about their background and future career goals. Recognizing the strengths and talents of our candidates and employees and finding the right fit for them is very rewarding, both personally and professionally.
