- What are the benefits of contracting?
There are a variety of benefits of contract engineering. Many jobs are only available as contract, and many times they lead to a direct hire opportunity. Contract positions are often a foot in the door with a company. We typically work directly with the hiring manager or HR rep, and the submittal and hire process tends to move quickly. Contract engineering also offers a variety of experience for an engineer, including new projects with exposure to new companies / technology. Contract employees typically stay focused on technical duties, and get paid for all hours worked on a project.
